In this “Energy & War” edition of Perspectives, we intend to showcase the energy dimension of the war in Ukraine. Knowing full well that it is an extensive and complicated issue, our goal was not to answer all the difficult questions that have risen, but rather to create a starting point for more profound research on the matter and to start a conversation. The energy issue doesn’t concern just specialists but each and every one of us.
